Video games - just playing?

In my childhood, there were no lack of video games include Donkey Kong, Mario, Contra, to name but a few. However, i had never thought about what the message and effect beneath those game as every children and teenagers else did. Indeed, many of them can provide excitement as entertainment, release stress, learn more about guns or wars or other knowledge and the sense of danger. But more provide wrong message and cause bad effects to teenagers--people who have less critical thinking and could easily be affected.
America's Army and Under Siege are the kind of shooting game and war video game which i think are the worst type of games to teenagers. The reason why the first one is the worst is that it related to the real world situation and the war of USA. The federal government in order to assist the US Army recruiting troops and issued America's Army , its main purpose is to attract more young people to volunteer for the US Army and it is about American soldiers killing Arab.The latter one is about building experience by fighting battles and each army can consist of multiple races.A study shows that this kind of game would make impact to human brains to be more aggressive,it is harmful to the real society and teenagers beyond dispute.

Doom is a science fiction horror-themed first person shooter video game,players need to kill the monster came from hell. Postal is a game with no plot at all,players could kill whoever they want with no reason.These bloody and violent scenes may affect player's emotion and give out a wrong message that if there is a obstacle,we can rely on violence to deal with it.However,the plot is not like American's Army that is related to the countries or society,so there are less effect to the real life. 

Remission is the beat type of video game.Although player still need to kill something to win the game,all they kill is some bad cell,not people or animals.It also have a good and meaningful purpose to help the patient.It is not spreading the message on violence and bloody but still can provide excitement and entertain players.

One of my group member like playing Minecraft. Player can create their own world by building homes,digging coal or mineral and making farms or village.What make it attractive is that it is like taking an unpredictable and exciting adventure that player will die if we did some stupid things. It is special that everything in the game is square,even the trees,animals and cloud.It is a funny game that can train player's creativity and the knowledge of mining. Therefore,i would recommend this game to who have leisure time and wanted to play a game to relax.
